I have been a travel journalist for many years, and have traveled to nearly 80 nations. I have written for major newspapers, magazines and travel websites and served as an editor of Fodor’s Travel Guides. I’m a member of the Society of American Travel Writers and the North American Travel Journalists Association. My stories have won a number of awards from both writers’ organizations and the tourism offices of countries I have visited.
